How do I access OneSolution Desktop

For OneSolution Desktop, go to:

Who do I contact if I forgot my OneSolution Desktop Login ID or password or have other difficulties logging in?

For UEI Projects, contact the UEI Information Technology Help Desk at (916) 278-4222 or by email.

How can I get my OneSolution Desktop report to display? The report status window says that pages were processed, but there is nothing on my screen.

If you have a popup blocker, be sure it is turned off or set to allow a popup for the OneSolution Desktop web page.  Popup blockers will prevent a new browser window from being opened to display the report.

When I tried printing a CDD report, the message “Your security settings are preventing this document from printing” was displayed.

To enable printing, an Internet Explorer add-on must be installed.  This is a one-time installation.  After clicking OK to clear the error message:

  1. Right click on the message at the top of the browser window that states “This website wants to install the following add-on: ‘SunGard Printing Control’ from SunGard Public Sector Bi-Tech LLC”.
  2. Select “Install this Add-on for All Users of this Computer”.  A prompt will then be displayed asking “Do you want to install this software?”
  3. Click Install to install the add-on.
  4. The report can now be printed.

What browsers are supported by OneSolution Desktop and Employee Online web sites?

Currently only Internet Explorer on Windows, version 8 or later is fully supported.

Functionality of other Windows browsers, such as Safari or Firefox,  or those on the Apple Mac OS X and iPhone/iPad IOS will generally work but not fully.

I created a favorite or bookmark in Internet Explorer to access OneSolution Desktop or Employee Online Log On page but now my reports don’t work or I’m having problems logging in.

  4. Then close and re-start Internet Explorer.

For Employee Online

  1. When the favorite is initially created, the URL that is saved will look something like:
  2. To make the bookmark work, right click on the favorite and select Properties.  Display the Web Document tab and change the URL to:
