Work from Home Agreements
In an effort to combat the spread of COVID-19 and keep our campus community safe, ¶¶Òù will allow work from home agreements for staff who are not normally allowed to do so. Below are guidelines and the Work from Home Agreements for non-exempt and exempt employees. Department directors, agency managers and program directors will determine who will be allowed to telecommute. The UEI Executive Director, or designee, must approve all telecommuting requests prior to commencing work from home.
Work from Home Agreement for Non-Exempt Employees – to be used for eligible student, hourly, or salaried non-exempt employees.
Work from Home Agreement for Non-Exempt Employees (UEI Central Staff Only) – to be used for eligible hourly or salaried non-exempt employees.
Work from Home Agreement for Exempt Employees – to be used for eligible salaried, exempt employees.
Work from Home Agreement for Exempt Employees (UEI Central Staff Only)Â – to be used for eligible salaried, exempt employees.
Once the employee and manager/director have signed the Work from Home Agreement, please scan and email the form to uei-hr@csus.edu. Approvals will be emailed, and the signed agreements will be retained by Human Resources.
